Design and materials

The structure of this product consists of high quality aluminium profiles in the form of a frame 30-30 or 30-05 and perforated steel sheet.

The perforated panel can be either rigidly fixed or not fixed. Grilles with non-fixed panel are used for ceiling mount where access to the overhead space is required for equipment cleaning or maintenance.

During the production, a protective decorative coating is used – powder painting. The standard colour of painting is white (RAL-9016), but at the customer request it is possible to paint in another color according to the RAL catalogue.

Modifications

Fitting sizes LxH with 5mm steps.

A grille with a frame 30-30 can be completed with the second row next to the movable louvers for adjusting the volume of air supply, then the grill will be called adjustable П-30-60.

PF-30-05* Кр 2.0 (RAL9016) 300x300 – an overlay frame with thickness 5 mm, round perforation with a hole diameter of 2.0 mm, screw mounting (mounting holes are located on the front side of the grille frame), white colour.

PF-30-05* (-Кр 5.0) (RAL9016) 300x300 - an overlay frame with thickness 5 mm, round perforation with a hole diameter of 5.0 mm, which is not fixed to the frame (-Kp 5.0), but lies in the grooves of the frame, screw mounting, white colour.

PF-30-30* Кв 5x5 (RAL9016) 300x300 – frame 30x30, perforation with square cells 5x5mm, fastening with a screw mounting, white colour.

PF-30-60* Кв 8x8 (RAL9016) 300x300 – frame 30x30, perforation with square cells 8x8mm, equipped with the second row of movable blades for adjusting the air supply volume, screw mounting, white colour.
