Radial grilles are used for installation in round spiral-wound pipes and are intended for supplying or exhausting air by ventilation, air conditioning or air heating systems.
Design and materials
2-R-30-60-OTS – double-row, adjustable grilles, made of a galvanized body and high-quality aluminum profiles in the form of horizontal and vertical movable plates, changing the position of which (the angle of inclination is selected individually and adjusted independently of each other), allows you to adjust the direction of air flow horizontally and vertically.
The grille design provides only screw connections (mounting holes are hidden on the front flange). The profiles are coated with heat-resistant powder paint, which provides reliable protection against negative environmental factors and prevents premature wear of the product. The standard color is white, but at the customer’s request, it is possible to paint it in another color from the RAL catalog.
Manufacturing
According to the mounting dimensions LxH with a step of 5 mm and a pipe diameter D.
Minimum pipe diameter D=100.
For sizes L> 600mm, a dividing profile is used.
Minimum size – 100x100h
Maximum size – 1000x600h
Order example and installation
2-R-30-60-OTS* D=200 (RAL 9016) 300x200h – fastened with a screw connection (mounting holes are located on the front side of the grille frame), pipe diameter 200 mm, color white.
