Construction and materials<\/h2>\n

The frame is made of high-quality aluminum angle 40×25 and 2mm thick, where 40mm is the front dimension (width of the frame) and 25mm is its depth. It can be mounted in several ways. The first is to install the frame in the opening and fasten it to the wall or air duct (adapter) with screws on the side. The second way is when you install the frame in the opening, do not fix it, and mount a dense diffuser in the frame itself and press it to the ceiling with standard diffuser mounts immediately with the product. The standard color is white, but at the request of the Client, it is possible to paint in another color according to the RAL catalog.<\/p>\n

Production<\/h2>\n

According to the installation dimensions LxH with a step of 5mm (for grilles).<\/p>\n

For SD flat diffusers, with a prescribed number of slots and ends (for SD).<\/p>\n

There should be a mounting gap of +5 mm between the product dimensions and the frame dimensions, and a gap of -5 mm between the frame and the hole dimensions (the frame is -5 mm smaller than the hole dimensions).<\/p>\n

The 40×25 frame is designed to cover an opening when the frame of a standard product (grille or dense diffuser) is not sufficient.
