The frame of the hatch frame and door is made of a special aluminum profile. The hatch itself is made by argon welding of all its parts. In the frame of the hatch door is installed gypsum plasterboard moisture-resistant board thickness of 12.5 mm. A distinctive feature of this type of hatches is the use of original click locks-latches. These locks allow you to open the door without using handles or special keys. The hatch door opens with a light push, and after closing it is securely fixed in the hatch frame.
After final finishing, the hatch location is only revealed by a thin, neat 1 mm slit around the perimeter of the door.
The LPM-ST hatch is fixed directly to the base plate using self-tapping screws. Self-tapping screws are screwed in from the front side along the perimeter of the hatch frame. Screwing self-tapping screws is done only manually, so as not to disturb the geometry of the aluminum frame of the hatch. It is desirable, before screwing self-tapping screws, to drill holes of slightly smaller diameter than the diameter of self-tapping screws. This will simplify installation and reduce the risk of deformation of the hatch.
