Electric heaters are designed for heating air in duct-type ventilation units with rectangular air ducts. Compatible with other elements of our production.

  • The heater body is made of galvanized steel.
  • The heating rods are made of steel with a ribbed surface.
  • Protection class: IP 20
  • Operating temperature: -30 ° C to +40 ° C

MAIN TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

Recommendations for use:

  • Mounted indoors or outdoors under a canopy. The direction of air flow indicated on the heater body must be observed.
  • The heaters can be installed in any position, except with the terminal box at the bottom, due to the possibility of condensate flowing into it.
  • A G4 class filter or higher must be installed in front of the heater.
  • The distance from the filter to the heater rods must be at least 0.7 m. The heater body must not come into contact with flammable and combustible materials.
  • During installation, provide easy access for servicing the heater.
  • The heater power must be automatically regulated, and the temperature behind the heater must exceed +40°C.
  • The heater must be blocked from switching on if sufficient air flow through it is not ensured.
  • The automatics must provide a delay for turning off the fan (necessary to remove residual heat from the heating rods).
  • Duct heaters are designed for a minimum air flow speed of 1.5 m/s.
  • Before installation, a seal with a heat resistance of 100°C must be glued to the flange surface.
