Assignment
Diffusers are designed to distribute air horizontally in different directions, so that the air flow is evenly distributed throughout the room.
They are used in supply and exhaust ventilation and air conditioning systems.
Design and materials
The front panel is perforated, made of high quality steel.
DCc – is a panel with directional perforation for circular air distribution with a vortex effect obtained at the outlet of the diffuser, increases the ejection (increases the mixing rate of the internal flow with the supply one).
DCs – Is a panel with directional perforation for 4-way air distribution.
DCp – is a panel with round perforation d-5.0mm, has a high % of air pass.
DC + panel – is a diffuser panel of DCc and DCs type with external dimensions 595×595 (for an Armstrong type ceiling cell), the size of the working surface is specified by the customer, but one of the dimensions should not be more than 550mm.
Modifications:

There are two types of mountings to connect the panel to the Plenum-box:
– standard mounting (hidden) with screw connection (mounting holes on the side shelves);
– central (one hole located in the centre of the diffuser), in such case it is necessary to order a Plenum-box with a central mounting bar (T-traverse), which will be fixed in the plenum and will have threaded holes. Connected with an M5 screw (included).
Diffuser panels are coated with heat-resistant powder paint, which provides reliable protection against negative environmental factors and prevents premature product wear.
The standard color of painting is white, but at the customer request it is possible to paint in another color according to the RAL catalogue.
